Providing support to sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas (e.g., order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training proposal writing, account set up, lead generation).
Provides subject matter expertise prior to and during the sales process (to both sales resources as well as the customer) in areas such as technical knowledge, interpretation, need requirements, and solution configuration;
