Business Support Analyst :
What You'll Do
Sales Forecasting : Gather information from Sales personnel to organize and present sales forecast to top management, while doing follow up on key projects.
Sales Business Analysis : Extract, process, analyze and present data and / or metrics gathered from past and future to establish baseline measurements and / or current state of sales.
Have the ability to establish a methodology or model to track improvement efforts for increased sales.
Special Projects : Provides analytical support to assist executive on special projects. Researches issues, analyzes problems, compiles data, and prepares reports.
Meeting Planning and organizations : Assists top management in planning and organizing meetings by taking responsibility for assembling the agenda, location, meeting technology based upon participant needs, and all other meeting logistics.
May further prepare meeting briefing documents by taking and disseminating notes and formulating post meeting action item list.
Correspondence / Approvals : Supports top management by acting as proxy for communications and approvals as authorized.
Answers general questions as necessary, refers (filters) routine matters to appropriate parties and follows up to ensure proper disposition.
Takes initiative to resolve problems within specified policies and guidelines, and provides mentoring to administrative community members on problem solving.
Determines when executive action is required and supplies a recommendation where appropriate.
Who You'll Work With
With the sales management team reporting directly, also interacting with the rest of sales personnel forfollow up purposes and Finance and Operations are also expected
Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an enterprise and cross functionally with our business partners including proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Ability to establish productive, cross-functional relationships throughout the organization. Have the capability to facilitate meetings remotely and in person with all levels of management, both externally (vendors) and internally.
Ability to manage stakeholders and when necessary resolve conflicts.
Experienced in working on CRM and ERP platforms to manipulate sales data.
Must have desire to share expertise, information and knowledge with fellow colleagues. Show resourcefulness and leverages team members across the organization when their expertise is required in a given project
