Purpose of the role

It is responsiblefor the relationship with the stores / retailers in the area, performs theplanning of growth and definition of consumption and sales goals to ensurecompliance with sales objectives, ensuring profitability, growth andparticipation of the Syngenta portfolio.


  • Assertive communication with stores through theoffer of personalized commercial technical support, training and promotions
  • Plan and record visits and activities
  • Identify and capture new business opportunitieswithin their farmers' crops
  • Actively participate in meetings with areamanagement to plan your weekly visits and review your sales goals. It is basedon the sales tools
  • Visit the department stores in the area of influence of your farmers
  • Manage the commercial relationship between theagrocompany and Syngenta, suggest and negotiate orders
  • Promotes and strengthens collaboration schemes atall levels between agro-companies and Syngenta
  • Defines sales plans, growth objectives andprofitability in all products of the integrated crop portfolio Syngenta
  • Monitors the sale and profitability of the stores,reviewing in parallel the development of the action plans
  • Coordinates and executes marketing strategies fornew and current products
  • Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience.
  • Agronomist with specialty
  • Professional degree
