Purpose of the role
It is responsiblefor the relationship with the stores / retailers in the area, performs theplanning of growth and definition of consumption and sales goals to ensurecompliance with sales objectives, ensuring profitability, growth andparticipation of the Syngenta portfolio.
Assertive communication with stores through theoffer of personalized commercial technical support, training and promotions
Plan and record visits and activities
Identify and capture new business opportunitieswithin their farmers' crops
Actively participate in meetings with areamanagement to plan your weekly visits and review your sales goals. It is basedon the sales tools
Visit the department stores in the area of influence of your farmers
Manage the commercial relationship between theagrocompany and Syngenta, suggest and negotiate orders
Promotes and strengthens collaboration schemes atall levels between agro-companies and Syngenta
Defines sales plans, growth objectives andprofitability in all products of the integrated crop portfolio Syngenta
Monitors the sale and profitability of the stores,reviewing in parallel the development of the action plans
