the correct handling of the proposal and the information about UNICEF’s mission by the fundraisers; and the appropriate quality of new donors’ information.
The work of the staff member will be oriented to support the recruitment of as many individual donors with the best quality as possible.
This post will be under the general supervision and leadership of the NOA Individuals Fundraising Officer.
How can you make a difference?
Monitoring and evaluation : Monitor, plan and provide feedback to each supervisor and fundraiser of the different acquisition channels (, Face to Face agencies, digital agencies, etc.
providing technical training in order to achieve goals for each campaign, improving the communication, fundraising speech and ensuring the trust in UNICEF purpose (, donor forms review and mystery shopping activities, providing feedback in order to improve the quality and the performance of the fundraisers and their work).
Make recommendations on managing fundraising teams for each campaign. Develop and implement an action plan to each fundraiser / supervisor / campaign / provider in order to improve the performance (results and quality).
Undertake different types of analysis information in order to improve and ensure campaign goals, fulfillment and attrition rates.
Develop and support all activities related with teamwork.
