Mondelez International is looking for : Regional Coast Traditional Trade Manager Position Purpose Define, manage and control the implementation of TT sales strategy in the Coast Region of Ecudor, following the company policies and commercial procedures, ensuring objetives of volume, net revenue, profitability, numeric & weighted distribution, productivity and POB execution.
Lead the Regional team to guarantee collaboration, values led culture and teamwork to support the GPTW agenda. Main Responsibilities 1) Define and design sales strategy for Coast Region in order to increase coverage, numeric distribution and market share in a profitable way throughtout the R2M model defined (channels within the traditional trade).
support and coach sales advisors within its job, identifying opportunities and gaps to develop and to build a better team 8) Define commercial agreements and rebates for customers aligned with G2N investment budget 9) Motivate, support and develop sales team within an excellent labor environment and align to company joy purpose.
Education : Major in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or related areas. Proficient in English (oral & written).
Working Knowledge Minimum 4 years of experience as Sales Manager; at least 5 years of experience working in Traditional Trade and leading teams.
