  • Strategy

    Develop sales strategies and execution based on market analysis


    Orient, train, lead and monitor the merchandising team at the POS (Point of Sale)


    Structuring business proposals to be traded on the network

    Sell In Sell Out

    rading of stock sales, store exhibition and performance of sales.


    Manage budget and investments in the network ensuring the profitability of the account and the achievement of the goals of volume and average price, ensuring P&L of the national KA.


    Create and develop communication channels with different areas of the client and internally at Red Bull, such as trade marketing, logistics and operations, and refuel in order to enable the proposals made to the account


    Develop and multiply "best practices" of local actions and executions

    Implement national negotiations and contracts in the area


    Manage receiving of orders and inventory on the Distribution Centre (warehouse) and stores of KA's, ensuring grid store to stock pressure at the point of sale.
