A&H represents 37% of the company production (NPW) with US$ 34,9K for 2021 (Forecast October). For 2022 A&H is projecting a 13,7% of growth, with a NPW of US$ 39.

In our 2022 budget, Personal Accident represents US$ 9.9m (25% of A&H 2022 Budget). This is important because this Underwriter is mainly focus for this portfolio.

This position is a replacement of a HC who left the company on Oct 13, 2021, due to low performance.

  • On Personal Accident, mainly Traditional Business, we quoted 478 cases (new and renewal) during the 1S-2021. This resource quoted by itself 327 cases;
  • this means this resource is responsible annually for more than 650 quotes. This resource is necessary to be replaced to guarantee our SLA for Brokers, and which will let us reach our growth for 2022.

    The replacement of this HC in Guayaquil it’s so important for A&H, because the sales projection of this branch are considerate one of the most important strategy for growth in Personal Accidents portfolio, because we have to recovery the almost 50% of traditional channel portfolio lost in 2020.

    Requirements :

  • Training : 3rd level degree in careers such as : Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related careers.
  • Experience : 3 years of experience in similar positions in areas such as underwriting.
  • Specialized Knowledge : Technical knowledge of insurance and underwriting of health care, life, and personal accident insurance products.
  • Competences : Analytical thinking, Negotiation skills, Results orientation, Teamwork.
  • English : intermediate (written 60%, spoken 60%).
  • Utilities : Advanced Excel.
