Ferrero LADM is currently looking for our Sales Manager TAT- Ecuador, who is going to be responsible of :
To design, plan and execute the strategies of the brands for the channel through the implementation of a Route to market plan, generating a communication and control link between the Distributor, its channels and Ferrero through the Force of sales, generating information for decision making and corrective actions, seeking to achieve the objectives set.
Guarantee the fulfillment of sell out budgeted for the traditional channel.
Development and implementation of distributive projects that guarantee the achievement of volumes.
Definition of strategies and objectives with sub-distributors and wholesalers for the development of indicators, such as effectiveness, volume, distribution, etc.
Strengthen relationships and agreements with the participants and commercial strategic partners of the Distributor.
Accompaniment to those in charge of the different channels to identify business opportunities as well as possible solutions to problems that may arise.
Accompaniment and training to the Commercial team (direct and indirect) in charge for the development of the business.
To generate reports and analysis for periodic review together with the Distributor to facilitate decision making and application of plans for the development of the business.
To design of the best Route to Market in each category to identify Distribution, visibility and rotation opportunities.
Search for new business opportunities.
Our Sales Manager TAT - Ecuador should have at least 5 years experience as a Sales Manager.
Graduated of Business Administration or related.
Able to travel.
Able to work under pressure within strict deadlines.
Deliver results timely and accurately.
