Make sure that our algorithms are working as expected and are assertive when ranking and matching candidates.Monitor all of our applicant's acquisition channels, making sure they are performing well and giving feedback to improve them.

Increase retention and NPS.Help and guide candidates through their application process.Additional requirements (other than skills)You should be able to learn on the fly.

Be curious, innovative, inquisitive, fast-moving, and passionate about discovery.As we are 100% remote we expect all Torrex to have a fluent english.
