Your role :

  • Designs, develops and implements sales programs to meet the organization's business objectives in Specialty business (Onco, N&I, Endocrinology and Fertility).
  • Plans, directs and coordinates the efforts of marketing, medical, access and sales toward the accomplishment of objectives.
  • Executes tactical plan for specialties portfolio
  • Develops and executes strategies to maximize top line and forecast sales volumes.
  • Participate in setting strategies for product launches and brand management to optimize revenue generation and product placement for market share
  • Leads own team of professional staff to identify and resolve technical, operational and organizational problems of medium complexity.
  • Oversees sales and promotional team of KAMs for specialty area.
  • Understands and anticipates to dynamics in the Local Health Care Systems.
  • Who you are :

  • Typically requires a graduate degree (or equivalent) knowledge of theories, principles and concepts within a relevant discipline : Business Administration, Economics, or related or Health Sciences.
  • Experience of >
  • 3 years in similar roles in Specialty business in the pharmaceutical industry

  • English : Level B2
  • Result oriented
  • Leadership of cross functional team
  • Negotiation and commercial skills
  • Evidence of customer centric approach and external oriented mindset
