Main Objectives :
1. Develop skills to independently manage project from scoping to post
Complete training program to independently manage assigned projects in accordance with Qualfon’s PMO (Project Management Office) methodology.
2. Scope projects
Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
3. Manage projects
Manage internal cross-functional resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project schedule to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ensure change management processes are followed
Facilitate post mortem review of projects
Manage projects across the company footprint in various countries
4. Manage relationships Successfully manage the relationship with the client, project team and all stakeholders
5. Develop Risk Analysis and Mitigation Steps
Perform risk analysis meetings, document potential risks
Work with cross-functional leaders and client to develop mitigation steps and triggers
Area of expertise (Skills)
Excellent educational background with study in project management related areas
Contact center management experience
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Project and Visio
Other Skills and Experiences (Min)
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the fields of project management, business or information technology project management.
PMP certification is a plus.
BPO Operational management or IT experience helpful
