Settlement of claims to bring them to a successful conclusion. This may involve policy holders, other professionals, insurers, loss adjusters, brokers, solicitors and third parties
Work within the framework of AIG ethical and service standards and focus on service delivery for all internal / external client groups and stakeholders
Self-management of own caseload to ensure timely settlement of files, accuracy and timeliness including control of vendor expenses
Act as part of a team to ensure both Team and individual goals are met and to work with third party service providers to ensure claims service standards are maintained
Develop themselves in the line of business they operate within to bring high level of expertise to the company.
What we’re looking for :
3rd degree. Level in Business Administration or related careers in progress
Insurance knowledge, experience in insurance for at least 3 years.
Experience not relevant
Competences : flexibility and adaption to change, initiative, communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, negotiation skills.
English fluent (written and spoken)
Utilities : excel
