Requirements

As Logistic Solution Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact with our partners and clients who range from Startups to Fortune 500 players.

You’ll interact regularly to maintain a strong communication with the customers and provide solution design for warehouse automation and manufacturing logistics tailored to our customers’ business needs.

You’ll team up with WMS / MES software Engineers and robotic implementation engineers to ensure successful deployment of our robot-driven warehouse & manufacturing logistics solutions at customer sites.

Responsibilities :

Analyze customer’s requirements and align expectations for logistics robotic solutions

Provide scope definition for implementation with warehouse / manufacturing site layout design and flow of operations

Align robot-driven logistic design with general contractors and / or subcontractors in project whose design interacts with robotic solutions and may impact overall warehouse / manufacturing logistics operations

Lead solution presentation to customer and maintain solid relationship with subject matter experts at customer

Collaborate with WMS / MES software engineer to map processes to Warehouse Execution System or Manufacturing Execution System

Oversee robotics implementations ensuring final delivery be in line with scope definition

Provide automation roadmap to customer based on business growth and transformation plan

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline

5 years’ experience of warehouse automation design, preferably in robot-driven technologies

AutoCAD 2D layout proficiency is required

Good command of spoken and written English,

Chinese / Mandarin is preferred

Online collaboration tools proficiency is required

MS office suite proficiency is required

Mainstream WMS / WES / MES integration experience is a plus but not required

Ability to facilitate and drive cross-department collaboration and communication
