Rappi is calling for You! We are looking for a Junior KAM / Hunter, based in Quito or Guaquil, for our Digital Retail (Tech, Fashion, Beauty, Pets, Babies, Home, and dozens more) team.

Primary responsibilities are both Hunting and Key Account Management responsibilities : Search new partners, evaluating & adjusting proposals, to get to them first, assuring that Rappi will stay at the forefront of the market and build new relationships.

Define the tools and processes to search and track leads and active accounts.Create a partner portfolio, increasing the number of partners in our platformBuild RappiMall with a great value proposition, with great brands and products Communicate metrics and progress to leaders.

Collaborate with the marketing, legal, revenue and partnership teams. Identify strategies and areas of opportunity to improve the sales processes.

Assure that the commercial information related to the contracts with clients are clearAssure that the published products meet the characteristics given upfront, checking prices, photos and quality.

Manage the promotional activities of partners and implementation.Analyze price strategies and the competitiveness of the offered products inside the digital store, managing the catalogue development and distribution with promotions.

Always acknowledging the needs and wants of the clients depending on us, and to help them grow.Observe our competitors, the way their products and services stand out, understanding their promotions, prices, products, etc.

and being able to anticipate marketing signals, reacting in the minimum time possible.Perform all activities that belong to the management and creation of products and stores in our system, also managing further changes and updates for partners that are already onboarded.

Perform follow ups for the existing and stock breaks of products with our partners, ensuring timely availability to our users, which will be decisive to always increase sales.

Ensure that the users experience to be exceptional, paying attention to detail : Products are shown with quality photosProducts have complete descriptionsProducts are properly classified inside the store s corridors.

Report issues regarding store configuration constanty to course-correct Daily follow up to delivery metrics Generate sales reports and support documentation for each partner.

Desired Skills And Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in digital sales, having an updated knowing of the industry, tendencies and brands, related to one of the following categories : Consumer Electronics (Technology and Home Appliances)Hardlines (Home, Sports, Toys, Pets, etc)Softlines (Clothing, Shoes, Beauty, Accessories, etc)Managing documentation for commercial processes, giving follow up of the management results.

Compliance history, based on sales budget and / or project delivery.Degree in Marketing / Business Studies, Management or related disciplinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as stakeholder management, sales systems design, and data analysis experiencePassion for salesFluent in englishBeing able to quickly adapt to a a range of different software systems About Rappi : Rappi is a mega high growth, Series C, consumer tech startup looking to be the everything store of Latin America.
