Job Description

About the role- What you need to know

Performs business-processing transactions that are non-repetitive, but routine, based on set guidelines and may involve analysis and investigation.

Main Functions

Reviews, evaluates, verifies and processes work for the businesses. Includes data entry.

Researches, resolves and responds to participant discrepancies, initiates corrective activity as required, and follows up as necessary.

Highlights potential problems and identifies trends for management review.

Communicates, both verbally and in writing, with internal / external clients to collect information and expedite client processing.

Completes special projects as assigned.

Monitors unit processing volume and workflow

Quality Control

What we’re looking for :

Knowledge of insurance 1 to 2 years of experience.

Skills in communication, negotiation and conflict resolution.

Experience of 1 to 2 years in SISE Tool for insuance process in all Line of Business.

Knowledge in MS Excel Advanced

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excellent Customer Services Skills

  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to execute effectively against multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of staff and executives within the company
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written involving high-level communications with internal and external contacts;
  • ability to listen and simplify details depending upon target audience; ability to influence others;
  • Exceptional ability to organize work and tasks; attention to detail and excellent follow-through
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent / sound judgment
  • Proven time management skills, with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment and remains cool under pressure.
