Headquartered in Portland, OR, Consumer Cellular is expanding its footprint with executive and administrative teams in Scottsdale, AZ, including Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations and IT.

Developing and manage commission plans and payments for various operational teams
Create strong business partnerships with sales, customer support, finance, and senior leadership
Collaborate with customer sales and support team in development of analytics to optimize customer experience and business performance.
Drive process improvements by partnering with up-stream process owners to enhance current tools / systems related to business intelligence and financial management
Develop operational and KPI reporting around call volume, survey performance, response times, and sales performance
Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or IT. Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS in quantitative field a plus.
5+ years of progressive experience in a financial or operational related role with commission planning and support.
Experience developing dashboards, reporting, KPI’s and operational metrics
Demonstrated success in an ambiguous environments; happy to lead creating new business processes and metrics
Experience drawing key insights into the business, identifying trends and visualizing content.
Experience working and problem solving independently, managing priorities and expectations with stakeholders
High degree of accuracy and experience working with various tools. Experience using Power BI, building and managing dashboards and reports is a big plus.
Data-oriented personality with an aptitude for learning new tools.
