Operate within and observe all relevant and applicable laws of Panama.

Maintain HSE standards and ensure strict compliance within the work area.

Carry out formal workplace inspections on a routine basis.

Undertake and maintain housekeeping standards in all designated work areas.

Follow a planned inspection matrix for the Process Plant area using best practice techniques and inspection standards to monitor and report on the condition of the equipment.

Carrie out visual inspection for the machines, foundation, and structure to ensure structural integrity.

Provide detailed written reports of inspection and observations.

Control, report and reduce operational costs, and ensure cost consideration taken with all decisions.

Undertake nominated training activities to achieve and / or maintain competencies.

Promote a positive employee environment ensuring a continuation of a solid working relationship with all employees.

Adopt the FQM Way culture in the work team - "Bolder, Smarter, Driven, Together."

Perform any other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Education University Technician (or similar level)Drivers Licence

Skills Good verbal and written communication skills and able to provide clear and accurate reports.Strong interpersonal skills.

Willing and able to study and learn to use new condition monitoring equipment and techniques.Understanding of maintenance process improvement and control strategies.

Sound asset care, optimization and hazard control focus.

Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Experience 1-2 years’ experience in a heavy industry plant in conditioning monitoring area.Previous experience in the mining industry preferred

Language

Fluency in Spanish and English highly regarded.
