The Plantation Technical Support will be :

  • Offer support to existing and new customers to ensure continued use of the portfolio focused on add value and strength relationships;
  • Lead customer identification and development activities focused in building a pipeline of large plantation customers in the region;
  • Technical Advisor and support of the Distribuitor Sales team;
  • Develop Agronomic and Technical product trainings (Shows, Field Days. Demo Plots, Workshops);
  • Maintain & Develop a strong working relationship with the business partners (Distributors, Technical Advisors, Farmers.);
  • Assist Internal and External Business partners with informational and technical needs;
  • Develop and execute strategic portfolio plan, manage product protocol creation & trials (both development and commercialized), focused on generate a clear portfolio value-proposition;
  • Responsible for the custody, documentation of the field results in a database of the portfolio and its permanent updating.
