Analyze the potential businesses identified by the Distribution Department and / or requested by the Brokers.
Prepare the final quotation and renewal conditions attractive to the customer and convenient for the company in terms of profitability and risk exposure according to their level of authority.
Preparation of the referral and authorization request in case the quotation values exceed the local authority.
Present the final quotation with the Commercial Director and the Broker when the Client requires it.
Negotiate policy conditions (new or renewal) reaching agreements as required by the Broker and what the company allows to grant.
Provide technical advice to the Broker or Client when required.
Generate and send the Work Order to the Operations Department for the issuance of policies.
Conduct negotiations with assistance and inspection providers (exclusive to subscriber of the auto branch)
Generate, analyze and present monthly subscription reports and key business indicators.Customer orientation
