Regional Client & Broker Engagement Leader - LAC

Responsible for the development and execution of our Client Engagement & Broker Engagement strategies across LAC, these responsibilities include leading :

  • Client Engagement driving profitable growth across LAC’ major client segment through effective client relationship management, pipelining, client planning, thought leadership and delivery of market leading client experience ,
  • Broker Engagement developing strategic relationships with the Global, International and key National brokers across all client segments to help position AIG as a leading go-to-market in our selected fields
  • Portfolio Solutions to originate, develop and lead our growth in Panels, MGAs, DUAs and other chosen facilities (via multiple channels and across the various client segments)
  • Alternative distribution - to explore, develop and lead our bancassurance, affinity and sponsored distribution strategies across LAC.
  • Wholesale distribution to support the development of our wholesale and reinsurance opportunities across the region (i.
  • e. via Miami Facultative RI Desk).

  • Distribution Data & Analytics work with International CBE team to identify key Lead & Lag indicators to help country and product leaders to focused growth areas (via use of Salesforce, KPI, Power BI, LAP etc) this would include industry sector analysis and share of wallet assessments
  • Co-lead our Right to Win working with International CBE Strategic Marketing director, Research and Development, Multinational and Claims to ensure we clearly articulate and differentiate AIG’ risk appetite and value proposition in the market
  • Lead the Producer Compensation Committee (PCC) for LAC to assess all non-standard brokerage payment plans across the region
  • Responsibility as Global Executive Sponsor (GES) for 3-5 of our largest clients in LAC
  • Direct / Matrix reports include CBE Country Leaders
  • Ensure alignment of business strategies and activities with the requirements of applicable local regulations and corporate guidelines
  • Implement and utilize Distribution best practices across all channels to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Strengthen the transparency of Claims relationships with client and distribution partners
