Job Summary
The Electric Field Engineer CPF is responsible for manage the assembly works of electrical equipment, transmission lines and power generation, ensuring that they are executed in accordance with the approved designs for construction and that during their execution.
Comply with and enforce international standards, procedures and regulations established by the company. Support with their technical concepts, their field inspection and their knowledge to those responsible for the design and issuance of construction plans, prior to the start of execution, during the definition and design phase, so that they conform to the real needs of the projects and the production of the field.
Roles & Responsibilities
QHSE :
in addition to dissemination to contractor companies. Management of work permits : Includes review, audits, approval, among others.
Operations Integrity :
Comply with operational integrity standards (Well Integrity, PSIM, SQ, etc). Ensure technical and operational integrity of plans and activities.
Evaluate the inherent risks and mitigation actions of the activities under their responsibility. Report all SQ events in a timely manner and with the correct severity in accordance with SLB STD 02.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Education : Electrical engineer, power electronics, electromechanical - instrumentation - control.
Languages : basic English intermediate.
Experience : Minimum 8 years.
Knowledge of surface electrical equipment, substations, power transmission lines.
Experience in the oil industry in positions of management and / or supervision of engineering projects in the electrical discipline.
Basic knowledge of Autocad, Project, Etap and management of Office packages.
Residence in Ecuador.
