What You Will Do
Supervise : Ensure the effective execution of merchandising activities, impulse, promotion and advertising campaigns at the points of sale in order to enhance the consumption and rotation of our products.
Visits to the field / Plant : Meet all the clients, in order to later be able to have a real database, adapt to the problems and at the same time provide solutions.
Analysis of competitions / Promotions : Generate new commercial plans to help the brand to establish itself or continue in the market.
Administrative Work : Realization of Credit Notes, price comparisons, SAP requests, planning weekly, monthly and annual demand management, verifying quality processes and reviewing and assigning budgets to different accounts.
Trade : Creation, planning, execution and result of every plan created for the brand. Brand / Marketing : Analyze together with your external team or suppliers what is related to the brand and the marketing of toilet paper, to continue generating recall and presence in the market.
Work supervision : Monitoring and control of the work of the team of promoters at the regional level. Analyze the problems and create solutions : From the traditional and modern channel of the toilet paper line.
Settle promotions : Review supports sent by each distributor for their respective payment. Administrative Work : Pay for POP materials, and everything related to trade.
Follow up each area to achieve the established budget. Trade : Execution of the entire plan already established or to be established.
Work in the field : Create alliances with clients, gain spaces for the brand, recover presence in the market.
Who You Are
Educational level : Undergraduate - Professional Required degree : (Eng.) (Lcdo) in Marketing and Advertising, Commercial, Commerce / related Years of experience : 2 - 4 years Technical knowledge : "Sales Techniques" Customer service Time and territory management Merchandising Techniques Results-oriented negotiation Promotions and Advertising Merchandising, branding utilities Marketing to channels Negotiation Techniques Consumer behavior Public relations" Staff Leadership Competencies : Achievement orientation Problem resolution Planning and organization Negotiation
