Provide clinical support and experience to doctors, nurses and other health professionals on ASP products and scientific evidence related to the sterilization and disinfection of surgical instruments.
Show the proper usage of the ASP products to our clients.
Provide theoretical and practical training to our clients.
Respond to customer inquiries about ASP products as well as track field notifications, product malfunctions, complaints and claims.
Assist clients with product information and relationship with professional associations.
Identify business opportunities for ASP and provide information about the competition.
Keep updated the territory data and follow-up of projects in strategic accounts.
Conduct clinical analysis to suggest strategies based on client needs.
Participate in product trainings and professional education events (internal and / or external)
Perform equipment validations.
Promote the products and train clients on their clinical and technical characteristics.
Identify the business needs, opportunities, weaknesses and strengths of the assigned lines to improve the business, propose initiatives, solutions and optimize sales.
Identify new customers and their needs.
Demonstrated ability to develop and defend business cases.
Provide and analyze market intelligence data.
Establish long-term relationships with clients.
Measurement of accounts and verification of monthly progress.
Make a forecast of the products of your portfolio, based on the real demand of your customers.
Monitor the competition, have key relationships with the purchasing departments of the institutions and recognize the strategies of the competitors.
Supervise and monitor public tenders.
Knowledge and ownership of commercial and logistics processes.
Coordinate with customer service and tenders for the timely delivery to customers of : product, technical specifications, letters and information inherent to the business.
University degree with orientation in health disciplines or related to commercial areas. (Nurse, Biologist, Pharmacist, Biochemist, Dentist, Bioengineer, Biotechnologist, Business Engineering, Administration, Marketing or related careers, etc.).
At least 3 years experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field : Preferably with experience in Sterilization and / or Surgical Instrumentation and / or Endoscopy and / or Infection Control
Possession of a valid driving license B.
Knowledge of the reference market, products, customers and competitors.
Knowledge of the Office package
Knowledge of sales tools / business IT systems
Knowledge of corporate sales strategies.
