Most of your responsibilities are (but not limited to) :
Guide, train, evaluate and supervise the staff of the kitchen.
Perform the work according to the established protocol.
Must come to the shift in high hygienic condition.
Kitchen Training expert in the location.
Supervise the Inventory of the Kitchen
Control the FIFO Protocol
Supervise the purchases of the kitchen.
Ensure that all protocols are performed according to brand standards.
Must be an Expert on Marketman
