ACCOUNTABILITIES (Responsabilidades) Lead and develop the Genetic Products and Oncology Strategy for the short, medium and long term, in order to position the brands and meet the cuantitative and cualitative objectives : Support Brand Plans development with cross functional teams (medical, access, marketing) Develop market researchs Keep a strong relationship with medical societies, KOLs, Ministry of Health, government and institutional key stakeholders Tactical Plan implementation Promotional Budget management, aligned with the financial objectives Build and lead the specialist team for both countries, in order to achieve a high performance team : Targeting & segmentation strategy Ensure correct training for sales force Planning & Tracking of promotional & commercial activities Lead and inspire the sales force keeping a genuine interest in their professional development.
