Responsabilidades :

Realizar análisis y mineo de datos, manejo de bases de datos y análisis estadísticos.

Contactar a potenciales clientes corporativos con el objetivo de crear nuevos suscriptores para la Encuesta salarial.

Levantamiento de información de clientes corporativos.

Dar soporte en diferentes proyectos relacionados a Talento Humano como Valoración de cargos, Estudios sectoriales y de Estructura organizacional.

Competencias técnicas :

Capacidad de análisis.

Conocimiento de excel avanzado.

Buenas habilidades de relacionamiento.

Capacidad de comunicación.
