As part of the recruiting team, you will be in charge of finding and engaging top talent in the industry.
You will be responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to our unique company culture.

Key Qualifications :
In your role as a recruiter, successful execution and outcomes are reached through some responsibilities, including :
Responsible for the recruitment cycle.
Ability to process a high volume of candidates while maintaining flexibility, professionalism, and an agile mentality.
Scheduling interviews, phone screenings, and visits from other provinces from candidates.
Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems, and confirming new hires.
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report.
Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials.
Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
Working with different teams to effectively develop recruiting and attraction strategies.
Advanced level oral and written English.
Analytical thinking and decision making.
Human resources, literature, psychology or related careers.
Proven work experience in managing processes, preferably in hiring.
Able to handle conflicting priorities and achieving deadlines.
Properly secure and protect confidential business information.
Availability to work full-time.
Commitment to the company.
