About the Account Coordinator Position

The Client Services team is instrumental in driving this forward and is responsible for building strong relationships, helping to solve our client’s business challenges and to see the next great opportunity. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a new Account Coordinator to join our team on this exciting journey!
In this role, you will support one of our Practice Teams to ensure they are providing maximum value to their client portfolio. At the direction of the Group Account Director for your assigned team, you will provide sales and marketing support that will enable the team to operate more efficiently and drive additional revenue through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Understand the products and services Verndale provides and how they can benefit the client portfolio of your team.
- Organize and facilitate internal sales activity around pitch development and presentation, estimating, pricing and contracting.
- Collaborate with your Group Account Director and marketing to create and execute marketing campaigns.
- Help expand Verndale’s reach and influence within each account as well as overall client satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between sales and delivery to help with team planning, resource forecasting, etc.
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing capacity (ideally B2B)
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organization skills
- Engaging, outgoing, approachable personality
- Reliable, self-starter and team player
- Experience in an agency setting a plus
- Understanding of digital marketing space a plus (i.e. web, mobile, ecommerce, etc.)
