    This position can be located in any of the following Latin-American countries : Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Uruguay.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Support LATAM affiliates users in using IT solutions such as SalesForce, SAP, custom made applications

    Review and discuss IT systems change requests and work with vendors or internal Roche global teams

    Train users and foster the adoption and use of IT solutions

    Be part of the incident management cycle, including escalation to regional, global or external support organizations.

    Support execution of testing and data uploads.

    Support LATAM projects and initiatives implementations including being member of project teams

    Experience and behavioral characteristics :

    Experience and behavioral characteristics :

    Experience in IT business oriented support.

    Well organized with ability to prioritize and complete multiple initiatives with no direct authority.

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Able to simplify and articulate complex information / situation at the right level of detail depending on the audience and topic at hand.

    High customer, quality and, delivery focus.

    Ability to work with minimal supervision.

    Knowledge of following technical and functional expertise areas : CRM (SalesForce), SAP, Google, and business requirements review

    Academic Background :

    Technical or University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.

    Languages :

    Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
