We are looking forcreative and effective ideas and solutions to support our transforming andgrowing organization as we seek out the best and most diverse talent in ourindustry and beyond.

Act as a talent partner on a range of proactive recruiting campaigns across all business lines, with a focus on sales hiring.

Develop excellent relationships with hiring managers as the thought partner and subject matter expertise in the area of talent acquisition, bringing data, market intelligence, and insight to the fore.

Always attracting, screening, and building long and shortlist of diverse applicant pools, managing the candidate experience from initial approach, through interview processes, to offer negotiation and through to onboarding.

Achieving and exceeding quarterly and yearly acquisition targets and KPIs through proactive sourcing directly, driving employee referrals, and engaging with internal talent.

Contribute to creative talent sourcing and recruiting campaigns that scale for attracting diverse talent.

Be connected to the evolving competitive landscape, conduct research to map target companies and top talent, and build out diverse talent networks to create talent communities.

Always be seeking out new sourcing options and creative approaches to attract talent in the short, medium, and long term.

Collaborate with stakeholders such as finance, compensation, global mobility, talent management, and regional HR teams on critical issues that impact hiring.

Accurately tracking against recruiting KPIs and metrics to manage hiring cadence and bring data-driven insight and trends to hiring conversations.


  • Extensive experience in a progressive hands-on recruiting role in a fast-growing environment, globally matrixed environment, from the agency side, in-house or both.
  • Experience in recruiting hard to find talent focused predominantly within Software organisations.
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior leaders to help drive an effective recruiting agenda that drives business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust, and credibility, and influence at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to create insight and drive decision making proactively.
  • Extremely detail orientated and commitment to follow-through.
  • Able to see the big picture and stand back to bridge the strategic vision, but also roll up sleeves and get things done!
  • Collaborative, action-oriented and results-driven.
