Mondelez International is looking for vacancy : Regional Coast Traditional Trade Manager. Position Purpose Lead the sales team of the Region / City for the fulfillment of the sales objectives.
Lead the development and execution of the commercial strategy with the network of Territorial Distributors (TDs) and multi-
brand distributors. Ensure the optimization of the route to market and compliance with sales fundamentals. Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and develop the team in charge. Main Responsibilities
People Development. Manage the team talent, design development plans and provide permanent coaching. Main Responsibilities
Route to Market. Permanently develop and optimize the distribution network of the Region aligned with the company's R2M strategy.Main Responsibilities
Business Performance. Guarantee the fulfillment of the sell-in / sell-out sales objectives aligned to the monthly quotas and the IBP.
Achieve coverage objectives, drop size and effectiveness of each of the TDs in charge.Main Responsibilities
Sales Planning. Develop the annual sales plan for the Region, guaranteeing perfect alignment with the channel's commercial plan and Categories strategies (Marketing / Trade).
Provide market insights in a timely manner, and work collaboratively with Category Planning for the design and optimization of the promotional calendar.Main Responsibilities
Sales Execution. Implement with excellence the execution plans designed by the Category Planning team, including communication campaigns, exhibition, incentives and Perfect Store strategies.Main Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management. Create and maintain excellent interpersonal / strategic relationships with the customers.
Monitor the TDs profitability, review the TPA on a regular basis.Main Responsibilities
Revenue Management. Look for efficiencies in the use of the G2N budget (promotional), without deviations vs the plan and guaranteeing the financial results of the Region. Main Responsibilities
Collections. Guarantee compliance with the accounts receivable policies.Main Responsibilities
External Focus. Permanently identify opportunities for profitable growth. Identify risks and opportunities in the Region.
Manage efficiently the risk profile.
Full university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related careers. Master / MBA (preferably). Working Knowledge
Extensive experience in multinationals and at least 2 years leading the traditional channel in the city in charge (city of Guayaquil, province of Guayas (province of Manabí preferred).
Experience leading high-performance teams.
Developed strategic skills, experience in negotiation with customers and preferably from recognized multinationals. Abilities
Category Planning / Perfect Store.
Advanced English language.
