Position Purpose & Summary The CQN GGCC Consultant El Control y seguimiento de la rentabilidad, tanto por cliente como por skus y categorías, es parte de sus objetivos.
works as part of a multi-functional team to enable delivery of Cargill’s sales regarding the Red Carpet Program (US$ 24 Musd), volume (30kMT), and margin ($360 usd IOMC) objectives.
Do this by providing strategic, consultative category guidance and leadership to Strategic Accounts (Ecuadorian biggest customers).
Conduct high quality analysis and synthesis of multi-source data to derive insight. Effectively communicate and orchestrate action on these insights in the context of CQN strategy and the operational realties of key account environments.
Develop influential business relationships with customer key contacts in order to establish / reinforce Cargill’s brands leadership position in the CQN category. Principal Accountabilities
45% Objective setting, activity coordination and contract savings
Sales, Develop sales process, negotiate and manage GGCC Business Plan for Cargill CQN, in order to achieve volume agreed during 5 years.
Responsible for establish & execute monthly objectives related to GGCC volume
Through the respectives areas, coordinate the planning and execution of Plant Operations activities and communicate plans to the teams involved in the contract on time and accurately.
30% Develop strong and productive professional client relationships
Understand customer business, strategy & Identify executive level target contact & Leverages Cargill contacts for establish relationship.
Identify business goals and objectives, Determine current satisfaction level and align with customer’s competitive strategy.
Identify new business opportunities to continuously bring value to the customer and strengthen the relationship.
10% Strategic, Consultative Category Leadership
Responsible for providing customers fully integrated consumer, category and market insight to guide key accounts strategic choices and tactical actions.
Advise Supply Chain Team on assortment, adjacency, inventory and other modular choices
Responsible for providing Cargill teams the language, process framework, and metrics for communicating strategic and tactical recommendations to GGCC.
10% Consumer / Contract Information
Responsible for analysis and distillation of data using existent Cargill platforms month by month
Responsible for developing concise & compelling customer presentations in order to drive action on the information obtained during the operation.
5% Weekly Planning Session
Responsible for conducting monthly planning sessions with responsible areas related to GGCC contract.
Responsible to communicate to CoreTeam members the YTD results and action plan for every month.
Bachelor degree in Aquaculture Engineer, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
5-7 years experience on Shrimp sales in Ecuador
Financial experience preferred
Exposure to Key Accounts management preferred
