Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, if required, and other customary conditions and approvals.

Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of a new entity within New Consumer Health and your employment would be governed by New Consumer Health’s employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.

In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Overall purpose of job :

Lead the pricing, promotional and assortment strategy for all brands online and offline in Peru & Ecuador to ensure profitable growth by adding value to consumers and customers.

Contribute to the development of RGM as a key capability for LAN and help expand RGM knowledge across the organization.

Essential duties and responsibilities :

  • Lead the RGM strategy in Ecuador & Perú by identifying opportunities and boosting profitable growth in the Annual Planning Process and closely monitor the execution throughout the year in the Brand Squads O2O.
  • RGM Pillar Contribute to the advancement of one of the key pillars of RGM (Price, Promotion, Assortment) by creating, evolving and innovating in tools, methodology, and strategy taking it to the next level.
  • Lead the pillar by managing the planning process for this pillar, consolidating data and supporting regional projects in this pillar.

  • Develop RGM Capability Boost RGM Knowledge, tool usage, and methodologies to accelerate capability process and adoption by developing a capability building project, connectig with regiónal RGM and taking RGM to the next level.
  • Requisitions :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Careers (Business Administration, Engineering, Economy)
  • Advanced Excel
  • Experience in Finance, Sales, Business Intelligence or Brand Building
  • Min. experience 3 to 5 years
  • Advanced English Level
