The Planner supports the Asset in the preparation of medium (3 years) and short-term (1 year) plans. He / She is in charge of monitoring and control of its execution (activities, costs, documentation, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities : Elaboration and follow-up of the integrated schedules of activitiesManagement of cost control,Monitoring of the execution of project activities,Ensuring full compliance with contractual and regulatory obligationsEnsuring economic feasibility and cost effectivenessIdentification of deviations of the process and elaborate mitigation actions.
The position will be based in Quito Offices with frequent visits to the field Qualifications and Experience : Petroleum, Industrial or Related Engineer5-
7 years of minimum experience in planning activities related to development / operation of oil fields.Knowledge of the entire process including time management and requirements for : Candidate selection for drilling, workover, and / or maintenance of wells,Development of surface facilities including : logistics, economics, contracts, regulatory (permits / licenses), and social requirements necessary to achieve the effective execution of the plan.
Good use of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Intermediate / advanced management of the Microsoft Project tool and / or Primavera.
Knowledge of the 3esi platformSAP KnowledgeGood communication skills and teamwork focused on achieving results.Proactivity and proper handling of work situations under pressure of delivery times.
Fluent level of Spanish and advance level of EnglishPreferably certified as Project Management Professional (PMP)Eligible candidates must be able to work legally in Ecuador without sponsorship.
