Objective : Plan, develop and execute the marketing strategies of the brands under his charge, in order to achieve the sales results, market share and expected profitability of their brands.
Develop marketing plans / campaigns seeking to achieve the expected results based on the market share of the brands under their responsibility.
Design plans / strategies to build brand equity (Awareness / (TOM) Top of Mind / (BUMO) Brand Used most Often)
Design plans / strategies, together with sales and trade, seeking to ensure the indicators of the brands in the focus channels
Work, with the agency, in the correct definition and execution of the media / media mix plans
Guarantee the profitability (GM) of the brands / skus to the company
Manage the marketing / EIB budget allocated to your brands
Plan, in conjunction with the demand planning area, the sales volumes that your brands / skus will have
Work with the NPD / PMO coordinators to launch the NPDs / EPDs in the agreed times and with the KPIs expected
Analyze market information (Nielsen / IMS) in order to propose action plans for brands
Knowledge : Graduated from careers such as business administration, Industrial Engineering or Marketing
Experience : Between 7 and 8 years of experience in Marketing positions demonstrating execution of marketing plans, budget management, management of financial KPIs (Pnls);
Nielsen / IMS data analysis; relationship with advertising agencies, product launches and knowledge of digital marketing.
