We are looking for a Services Account Coordinator ( SAC ) for Andina.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing the services portfolio, including all the scope in your customers in Processing and Packaging, in your assigned customers.
The SAC is the main interface for the customer on the service business and quality and applies value selling to grow the service business in profitable way based on deep knowledge of customer operations and needs.
SAC will be responsible for several accounts in the country and might be responsible to drive certain categories in various customers.
SAC should be responsible to drive, without direct reports, the technical team of the customer towards the same strategy.
In some cases, SAC might act in front of a Key Account as a support for a SKAM.
Main responsibilities :
Preparation of the sales strategy including analyzing sales opportunities using internal data sources;
Analyze on sales opportunities based on customer information and sales trends;
Manage customer relationship from a service perspective through a structured communication approach;
Lead customer relationship from a service perspective through a structured communication approach;
Lead understanding of customer needs through proactive and continuous customer diagnosis and analysis;
Lead creation service account plans in collaboration with portfolio, SAR, SSE and KAM;
Lead implementation and follow-up in alignment with customer and Commercial team.;
Lead creation of quality plans and participate in implementation and follow-up of targets per Key;
Account in line with customer and Commercial team;
Lead opportunity management, cross selling and up selling and fact-based value proposal, negotiate and close deals;
Lead growth of profitable service contracts;
Participate in follow-up value delivered, customer satisfaction and profitability on service
business with customer and internally;
Participate resolution of technical issues by being responsible for communication with customer and issue driver;
Lead services dimension in project lifecycle management to ensure new equipment is effectively handed over to services;
University degree within Business Administration or Engineering;
Postgraduate Commercial degree is recommended
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relationship management in Service in Packaging or Processing or Engineering Projects or Technical Sales;
Technical background in Processing or Filling Machines is required;
Must be fluent in English and Spanish;
Able to travel in 60 - 70 % of the time inside the country and to other countries
Proved Customer management experience.
