Be an integral part of the CCL Product's team in line with the business strategy for delivering against defined PnL. This is a real develop and consolidate de CCS product within our area and aligned with the CCL Strategy.
You act as a strategic partner for the CCL team leading the CCS and interacting with all the relevant stakeholders, such as sales, pricing, CX and the other products involved (LST, Depot, CHB, etc).
The role offers high exposure to the product success with responsibility to ensure services are properly designed and delivered with high quality result through optimal processes, drive KPIs to deliver the PnL always having the customers’ needs and satisfaction present, with a continuous improvement mindset.
Define and lead the CCS strategy within the area
Design a product portfolio per country / industry that can be easily sold and implemented, that can offer a value-added proposal for our customers
Articulate with the relevant internal stakeholders to have a smooth and sound product execution
Has responsibility for the CCS budget in the WCSA Area
Acts and communicates proactively to keep country CCL Manager informed of any issues or changes
Owns all issues related to the CCS Product and facilitates their timely and effective resolution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders
Willing to collaborate with not only local but regional and global stakeholders to align with the guidance for the product
Prepare documents and educate the sales team about the product, from scope of it up to codes to be used.
Check and validate both the cost structure and GP assignation for each solution / quotation prior being released to customers
2+ years of experience in Customer Service working for Logistics companies
Reefer products experience
University studies completed
English proficiency intermediate-advanced
Office proficiency intermediate user
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to deal with ambiguity
