Responsible for all LATAM NORTH tactical marketing activities for Digital Insights Aquaculture providing vision and sponsorship to areas such as : tactical and planning, research and analytics, management of NPSS, market research, customer satisfaction, Go-To market plans, and local conferences
40%) Admin Manager : Should build and manage all the sales process, and the documentation needed, make sure the accomplish all the requirements by local CARGILL business and DI requirements.
On charge of the billing process, to local costumers, leading 3B allocations process to DI, on charge of the local expenses budget and the report needed by the business.
Will work closely with the sales manager to ensure achieves the sales budget and the profit requirements by CARGILL, also on charge of the Digital Transition Champions (DTC) expenses and the requirements needed through the procurement department (local PO)
20%) Business Results & Intelligence : Support annual business planning for the New Product Services and Solutions (NPSS) in the aquaculture segment.
Cohesively work with sales leaders to measure and manage effective product portfolios and NPSS that deliver value to the customer and to Cargill.
Focus on enhancing perceived value for targeted customer segments and developing a value-based pricing culture and capabilities.
20%) Tactical Marketing : Develop the tactical marketing plans for the business with respect to developing the offering defined in strategic marketing plans (people, positioning, product, pricing, packaging, place, promotion) while closely partnering with the technology and sales teams across the region to deliver the financial results.
Help gain and analyze competitive intelligence to position products & services to strengthen the business.
10%) Collaboration : Partner with other admin manager, marketing and technology leaders across Cargill LATAM (including Aqua Nutrition and other Cargill businesses) to build relationships, share best practices, gain insight on innovation and opportunities plus access the voice of the customer’.
10%) Personal Development : Grow personal skills & capabilities to serve current & future corporate needs and personal career-pathing goals.

Minimum requirements qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in an administration, marketing or business discipline or equivalent experience in business
2+ years of experience in sales or marketing
3+ years in strategic / tactical marketing with proven success in leading to impact the business financial results
Experience in go-to-market, including leading projects, managing resources, preparing new product introductions, and measuring results
Experience in financial management including budgets, expenses and pricing
Ability to communicate well in English (written, verbal)
Must have sense of urgency and entrepreneurial proven track record
Proven ability to effectively collaborate, influence and lead change
Demonstrated ability to perform / deal with ambiguity
Highly organized, self-starter able to set and follow priorities and manage multiple projects
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Functional in the use of basic computer program such as word, excel, power-point, etc.
Preferred Qualifications :
Preferred experience in aquaculture or digital technologies
Experience working with technical teams on product innovation and solutions
