As CHC Procurement Strategy Leader, You will make an important contribution to the identify, design, and implementation of strategic projects related to COGS (Directs, External manufacturing) and NON COGS (Marketing & Sales, Indirect domain) such as Design to value, Supplier Innovation and Demand management, wherein you will be working closely with procurement & stakeholder teams to ensure positive impact and sustainable results

Strategy :

Deliver with the respective domain / category leaders best-in class savings / value delivery objectives thanks to the innovative growth levers Design to value, Lean, demand management amongst others

Contribute in building and monitoring of the competitive & innovative project pipeline, thereby improving procurement’s contribution to business

Orchestrate the new mindset of smart spending focusing on the investments that strengthens the business

Ensure to propagate the CHC sustainability agenda in the projects, in full alignment with Marketing, IA / HSE, Commercial, & Procurement teams

Ensure the category strategies enable an efficient Source to Value process using the best buying channels & via preferred vendors

Business Partnering :

Develop & implement the governance for strategic / transformational initiatives by engaging all actors around, thereby speeding the decision making & execution process

Define and implement with the category leaders, an internal business partnering program with our key stakeholders, to become a trusted advisor displaying deep customer intimacy

As a SPOC of Procurement excellence & strategy in CHC NA & LATAM regions, Collaborate with relevant functions (S2V / P2P, Finance, IT, others) to ensure business continuity & support effective deployment of new solutions & processes

Analytics & Benchmarking :

Collaborate with Sanofi Cross BU teams and CHC Finance teams to provide category teams with advanced data analytics used for various strategic initiatives

Develop & formalize opportunities using internal & external benchmarking tools with peers and ensure that relevant market insight and data, with outlook / category specific information are available to category teams

  • In addition- act as Procurement Excellence & strategy SPOC in Regions NA & LATAM

    Education & Experience :

    University degree in Business, Procurement or equivalent

    At least 7 years of experience in procurement or related areas

    Broad understanding / experience in Marketing, Indirect & Directs procurement domains

    Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions and develop analytical frameworks

    An understanding of sustainable procurement practices within the corporate sector

    Passion to working in teams & mentoring colleagues

    Highly effective written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills

    The ability to hit the ground running, operate autonomously with a high level of drive & energy

    Language & Cultural :

    Fluent in English

    International and multi-cultural mindset
