We are currently looking to add another member to our dynamic PM / BA team. An ideal candidate is someone with great communication skills who is proactive and passionate about their projects, teams, and the clients they work with.
As the point of contact between clients and Stack Builders, PM / BAs help build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships, always striving to find the solutions that best fit the individual needs of each client and project.
To succeed in this position, you should have exceptional communication, great problem-solving skills, and a strong desire to learn new things.
You should also be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Bachelor’s degree in software development, administration, communication, business, or related careers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as business presentation skills and ability to communicate complex issues.
Indispensable proficiency in English
The ability to work in teams and demonstrate leadership capacities.
Organization and time management skills.
Ability to elicit requirements and provide suggestions based on business understanding.
Understanding of Agile philosophy and software development cycles is a plus.

Facilitate agile meetings and rituals, ensuring an open channel of communication with the clients from all around the world and both in-house and remote team members.
Planning and delivering client strategies across the organization with a view to creating new and retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
Familiarize yourself with required contractual obligations and technical aspects of all scope to be constructed.
Manage, review and coordinate all aspects of the project, including : scope, schedule, budget, operational needs, project related meetings , and communications, procedures, as well as individual roles and responsibilities.
Coordinate with tech leads, and other project team members to meet the project objectives and resolve issues.
Document the status of the project, all meetings , and correspondence as a means to properly communicate within the project team and develop the project documents.
Review, understand, and manage procedures for handling changes to the project scope, team structure, and budget.
