Make, receive and channel telephone calls. Attend and provide information to internal and external customers in a timely manner and with excellent quality of service, coordinate the shipment of parcels with the selected courier, help the administrative area in the different activities.

What You Will Do

Customer Service : Attend and provide information, providing solutions to internal and external customer requirements, direct visitors who enter the company to the required area.

Supervision : Support in inspections of the tasks of the service personnel in general with regard to having the ground floor supplied with water drums and adequate cleaning in the bathrooms.

COURIER : Receive correspondence from the different departments, to send bags and distribute the correspondence received to all departments.

Reception of documents : Control and coordinate the sending of supplier invoices to the Document Management area. Reception of Employee Orders : Send the order form for the company's products
