You are a partner for our customers : You advise clients on how to obtain healthier and more efficient animals through optimal feeding.

Your goal is good relationships for years. That is why facts are your key tools in convincing your customers : You can calculate black on white the advantages of your feeding strategies.

For our development teams, you are an ear on the market : Listening closely is very important in the job because your observations are the foundation upon which we develop the best products.

You spend about 80% of your time with the customer on site, mostly medium to large breeding farms throughout the whole of Ecuador and region.

As results-driven personality, this is where you are completely in your element. You will receive support from the team.

Nevertheless, you have to be able to operate independently.

For result-driven sales talents with passion for animal nutrition, we are the best place to be. Are you ready?

  • Strong technical background (BSc, MSc, PhD in agricultural sciences or veterinary medicine)
  • Educational background / academic degree in the agribusiness
  • nutritionist, agricultural sciences, veterinary medicine,...)

  • Practical experience in the aquaculture industry (experience with shrimps - know shrimp diseases will be a differential)
  • Business experience in feed additives and / or animal feed sales
  • Highly dedicated and outgoing personality with good communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, with a can do & cheerful attitude
  • Willingness to travel around your dedicated region / country ( 70% Ecuador 30% others LATAM countries)
  • Possession of valid passport for international travel
  • Driving license for passenger cars
  • Very good english language skills
