Role Summary :
Responsible for implementing and executing businessdevelopment strategy across the BHGE
Region, reporting directly to the Regional Leader. Stronginterface with Fullstream and Global
Sales. The primary focus of this role is to develophorizontal and Fullstream opportunities within
the BHGE Region, and to look for incremental opportunitiesto grow share and increase
penetration across the different PCs in the region. Essential Responsibilities :
The Commercial Developer will be a critical part of theRegion team, by translating concepts,
developing strategy and ensuring delivery of opportunities.She / He will provide leadership,
advice, and counsel to BHGE senior management in support ofbusiness strategies and growth.
This is the primary responsible person to detect &develop market opportunities across BHGE in
Responsible for developing and meeting sales growthtargets in the respective region.
Ensures the implementation of marketing plans fordevelopment of new business within the
Collaborates with other leaders to resolve complexproblems.
Anticipates and understands the impact decisions will haveon other areas (product, service,
geography and / or support segment).
Leads and conducts business, industry, and competitoranalysis to develop strategies to support
business growth and profitability for the product companies.
Works with products BHGE offers to grow market share.
Leads business planning.
Cultivates long-term relationships at all levels of thecustomers’ organizations.
Engages and influences all levels of the customer.
Develops and tracks business development budget.
Develops strong relationships and alignment with the PCs.
Aligns to materialize all viable opportunities. Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university graduated.
Experienced person with at least 10 years in Oil & GasMarket.
