REGIONAL SALES EXECUTION SR.

In this role you will be responsible for leading the execution of the Category Pland and Route to Market programs and thereby reach business targets at store level, you will participate in the development, alignment and lead the execution of the distributor joint business from the sales force.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Coordinate different areas of expertise (Shopper marketing, investment strategies, category management and commercial strategies) that deliver both knowledge and recommendations by :

  • Understand the commercialization channels and generate proposals relating price, portfolio and assortment for them.
  • Defines the methogology and criteria for the analysis and prioritization of the business proposals.
  • Derived from complete business understanding, anticipates and communicates results and probable consequence of the business proposals.
  • Gives advice to the sales leader for a correct making.
  • Ensures the generation and documentation of learning within the team and the rest of the sales areas.
  • Ensures full compliance of politics regarding trade spending and trade marketing budgets.

    Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Specific experience at sales force supervision
  • Advanced english
  • Deep knowledge on : Local market dynamics, experience in Modern Trade channel, Corporación favorita, El Rosado, Tia, Coral, Mega Santamaria, Tuti)
  • Proven skills required : Deliver results, acts decisively, leadership
