If You Join Us, You’ll Get To
Lead Delivery Managers and Project Managers' work so as to ensure the achievement of high complexity accounts goals.
Provide continuous and regular performance feedback to PMs so as to improve their performance and productivity within the projects
Providing support and guidance regarding projects / services, and integrating each project / service in the accounts s goals
Plan, monitor and control Delivery s activities accordingly to accounts needs and team s capacity
Elaborate and provide accounts status reports according to client s and company s needs
Ensuring that projects are organized and executed consistently and that the standards set by Globant are met
Integrate and consolidate top accounts financial information with the updates provided by other PMs
Shows control and knowledge over projects financial status and uses it for decision-making activities, worrying on maximizing project s margin and revenue
Have frequent interaction with appropriate stakeholders (Steering meetings) and provide visibility and accurate information that impacts client s business
Negotiate yearly business plans with customers
Look for opportunities to improve project performance
Seek and act upon farming opportunities on Globant s Top accounts
Seek and detect business growth opportunities into the accounts, with others areas or stakeholders.

Advanced English skills.
Experience working with external clients and outsourcing. Directly interfacing with clients from the US or Europe is a plus!
Experience having frequent interaction with appropriate stakeholders and providing visibility and accurate information that impacts client’s business.
Experience negotiating yearly business plans with customers.
Team leadership. Experience working with a distributed or multidisciplinary team is a plus!
Relevant experience in a software development or delivery organization working with agile teams.
Knowledge of agile scaled frameworks. Agile certifications are a plus!
Experience with risk management, operations, P&L and forecasting.
Being able to detect opportunities to improve project performance.
MBA degree or similar studies is a big plus!
