Field Service Operations Team Leader
We are looking for a Field Service Operations Team Leader to join our team.
As a Field Service Operations Team Leader, you will focus on these responsibilities :
Lead and manage operative daily service delivery activities and team to provide field services activities to enable optimal performance of customer installation and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure that technical and operating issues / tasks are solved in an optimized way.
Lead with complex customer requirements and services.
Handle rework cases, coordinating and following corrective and preventive actions in front of the customer and with internal stakeholders.
Ensure the development of the personnel within the assigned team(s).
Create and implement the action plan for own team(s).
Ensure that the business objectives and targets are met according to the applicable strategies.
Monitor and report business performance in the assigned team(s).
Proactively work to enable cross-organizational cooperation.
Cooperate and interact with relevant internal stakeholders.
Continuously searches for solutions in the assigned area according to Wärtsilä's best practices.
Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsila Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures.
Work in accordance with business and all Wärtsilä guidelines.
To comply with the management system accordingly to what has been implemented locally for her / his position.
Perform all activities needed to reach the objectives of the position and comply with the orders, instructions, values, and company policies applicable as an employee and / or the position.
Experience : 5 years in similar positions.
Education : Studies on Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related experience
