    Schedule pre : screening and in : person interviews for the Recruitment team.Assist in job ad creation in brand voice.Conduct references as required, staying in line with the quality and expectations set out by the association.

    Draft job profiles for new or changing roles.Assist the Recruitment team with initial sourcing and screening candidates.Leverage online recruiting resources, internet solutions and in : house Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to proactively identify and recruit top talent.

    You'll participate in employee exit interviews.You will draft letters such as employment verification, offer letters, and secondments, and finalize after review / approval.

    Manage and coordinate the simplification of the Human Resources shared folder.Assist with the updating and finalization of HR templates, guides, and policies.

    Assist with special projects as required.You'll Act as a representative of the Human Resources (HR) department by providing excellent customer service in all avenues of communication.

    You'll Assist with special projects as required.WHAT YOU'VE DONEA minimum of a 1st year completion in a post : secondary Human Resources programProficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).

    Experience with Applicant Tracking System or database would be an asset.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to problem solve and analytical skills. Demonstrates initiative and is a self : starter.

    Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Works well in a fast : paced environment and under pressure.Proficient in the following MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams);
  • experience with SharePoint would be considered an asset.Currently our work is being done at home due to COVID 19. You must have a steady internet connection and a quiet workspace.
