What You Will Do

Compliance with SST Tools : Execute ATS, Work Permits prior to Maintenance tasks, comply with the 12 GOLD rules for your well-being, Lead and attend to unsafe conditions, comply with and follow up with the BOS records of the Shift technicians.

Attend Talks, Trainings : Comply with the talks, courses, workshops that are planned by SST & HR, environment and general issues arranged by the company.

Take care of and maintain the PPE, tools, equipment and workshop. Endowed : Ensure the conservation of the endowment delivered.

Risk Matrix : Know and apply the actions established in the risk matrix

Inspections : Ensure compliance with the routes according to the indicated frequency, recording the information in the existing formats.

Equipment Repairs : Lead equipment repairs, requesting the support of the necessary resources Corrective Repairs : Execute the notices generated by the Conversion and Mill Team leaders.

Mtto. Preventive : Carry out the vibration and lubrication routes in the machine assets according to the indicated frequency.

Daily Activities Report : Report the activities carried out and news found during the shift Improvements in the area assigned directly and indirectly : Seek to maintain the working conditions of the teams based on technical criteria that improve the efficiency of the team's work.

Maintenance Planning : Raise the sub-standard conditions reported by the shift technicians to integrate them into the maintenance plan.

DOM 1 MEETINGS : Participate in the DOM 1 meetings in Mill and Conversion Generate LUP and Instructions : Carry out Maintenance work.
