WellBefore.com, a Performance Agency sister company, is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for the right individual to join a fast-growing company with opportunities for job growth. This position will oversee the inventory process for two business lines, analytics, accounting and financial reporting responsibilities across multiple businesses.
This position reports to the Director of Operations in our Dallas Texas office; however, you will also work cross-functionally with the Director of Finance ensuring data from various e-Commerce systems are properly integrated and functioning with QuickBooks and various accounts are reconciled.
Also assist with financial planning, analysis and projections for multiple business lines and integration of sales tax software, review of annual tax returns, payroll and Human Resource tasks.
This position will be overseeing multiply business lines which will require flexibility depending on the needs of businesses.

Job Responsibilities : Oversee the Inventory process, including purchase orders, receiving and accounting Reconciliations of inventory management software Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of inventory process Analyze inventory sales to dictate our profitability, margins, churn, etc.
