Nokia CNS Global Business Center is seeking a pre-sales professional with OSS (Assurance, Fulfillment, Service and Cloud Orchestration) expertise in LAT to provide customer-facing subject matter expertise on professional services and Assurance, Fulfillment, Service and Cloud Orchestration related portfolio and will gather, understand and synthesize customer requirements to drive an overall winning solution strategy for deals.

Reporting Relationship : reports to the CNS Business Applications Pre-Sales Lead

Job Responsibilities & Competencies

The position has the following core responsibilities :

  • L ead CNS BA Digital Operations domain by managing the domain's technical aspects, products, solutions, roadmaps as well as business pipeline, trends, market and pre-sales strategy / plan for the domain in the region;
  • Lead customer engagements , understanding customers’ pain points, requirements and KPI’s (including the definition of specific use cases required, integration points, SLAs, etc.)
  • Establish trusted partnership with customer's decision makers.
  • Lead solution strategy : assess customer RFP or input documents, provide services solution and reference architecture by adapting Nokia blueprints to customer needs.
  • Bring and maintain subject matter expertise on our CNS and on Nokia end-to-end solutions involving CNS products
  • Prepare and review offer deliverables : TSD, SoW, SoC / Point by point Responses, BoQ, cost estimations.
  • Provide guidance to sales teams & commercial management team on how the solution could be adapted to meet customer’s pricing target
  • Support the sales team in bid defense planning and lead Business Applications presentation to the customer
  • Participate on PoC / Trial proposals including definition of scope, architecture, use cases and drive necessary management approvals
  • Work with program management and delivery teams for knowledge transfer of customer project from pre-sales to post sales
  • Participate in account planning and orders funnel reviews with sales and commercial management teams
  • Coordinate periodic reviews with Product Units
  • Complete all administrative assignments comprehensively and on-time.
  • Represent NOKIA in a professional and an ethical manner.
  • Travel to customer meetings and related business activities can be up to 2 to 3 days a week in assigned territory.
  • Qualifications

    Key experience and skills required :

  • 8-12 years of work experience in Solution Architect or complex system integration, Pre-Sales and / or Business Development functions.
  • Proven technical expertise in one or more of those key CNS Business Applications domains : Assurance solutions, Fulfillment / Provisioning / Order Management solutions, Service Orchestration, Cloud Orchestration and associated Services and integration.
  • Technical knowledge of Cloud, IMS, LTE, 5g, Wireless Networks and associated Protocols.
  • Bachelor level education in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task given high volume of customer engagements.
  • Excellent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills required. Portuguese will be considered a differential
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet critical timelines
